COMMUNITY RULES

Last updated October 17th 2026. These rules exist to keep crashout.casino fair, safe, and enjoyable for everyone. Playing means you accept them.

1. Acceptance and updates

  1. By using the platform, you agree to follow these Community Rules. Breaking any of them may result in warnings, restrictions, loss of items, or a permanent ban at the discretion of staff.
  2. We reserve the right to update these rules at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised rules.
  3. If you are unsure whether something is allowed, ask in the chatbox or email support@crashout.casino before acting.

2. Accounts

  1. Users may operate one account. Creating or using multiple accounts to gain an advantage will result in penalties, up to and including permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of items.
  2. You must provide accurate information and keep it current. We are not liable for unauthorised access caused by you not protecting your login details.
  3. You may not sell, share, rent, or give away an account or its items.

3. Fair play

  1. No collusion. Do not coordinate with other users in Coinflip, Jackpot, or any other game, including playing against known associates to move items between accounts.
  2. No exploiting bugs or glitches. If you discover an issue, report it by emailing support@crashout.casino instead of abusing it and we might compensate you.
  3. No bots, scripts, or automated play. All interactions - chat, games, deposits - must be performed manually by a human.
  4. No VPNs or proxies used to evade platform controls. Using anonymising networks to bypass IP limits, region restrictions, or bans is prohibited.
  5. Keep bets honest. Do not manipulate a game, an opponent, or the site in any way.
  6. No hacking or unauthorized access. Attempting to breach the platform’s security will result in a permanent ban.
  7. No false disputes. Inventing a complaint to get Siphoned Energy or a payout reversed will result in a permanent ban.
  8. Follow these rules and all applicable laws.

4. Conduct and content

  1. Be respectful to all users and staff. Harassment, toxicity, or discrimination will not be tolerated.
  2. No scamming or fraudulent activity. Any attempt to deceive or exploit other users will lead to immediate action.
  3. No hate speech or threats. Offensive, abusive, or threatening language is strictly prohibited.
  4. No impersonating staff or other users.

5. Staff decisions

  1. Moderation actions are at the discretion of staff and must be respected.
  2. Staff can close accounts, cancel deposits, or refuse a payout where these rules are broken.

SCAM WARNING

  1. crashout.casino has no official Discord server, Telegram group, or private support inbox to join. Anyone claiming to be staff and asking you to join one of those is a scam.
  2. If you are asked to interact with one by someone claiming to be crashout.casino staff, it is a scam. We do not use messaging apps and will never ask you to move items or send a code off-site.
  3. Staff will never ask for your password or your 2FA code.
