TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of Terms

  1. By accessing or using crashout.casino, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the Community Rules. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
  2. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility

  1. You must be at least 18 years of age to use crashout.casino. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and that online gambling is not prohibited in your jurisdiction.
  2. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of this platform is lawful in your location.

3. Account

  1. You may create one account per person. Multi-accounting is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of items.
  2. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We are not liable for unauthorised access resulting from your failure to protect your login information.
  3. Accounts are created via email registration. You must provide accurate information and keep it current.
  4. You may not sell, share, rent, or give away an account.

4. Deposits and Winnings

  1. Deposits are made with in-game items. By depositing, you confirm the items belong to you and were obtained legally.
  2. Everything you hold, wager and win is in-game items. There is no currency on this site and no cash conversion.
  3. If you win against the other player(s) in coinflip or jackpot, you receive the winnings in-game. The site takes a 0-5% cut/fee of winnings.
  4. Deposits are credited automatically when the in-game trade with the deposit manager completes and is verified. Winnings may be subject to review. We reserve the right to delay or refuse payouts if fraud, abuse, or policy violations are suspected.
  5. In-game trades are final once completed. We are not responsible for items sent to the wrong character or lost due to in-game issues outside our control.

5. Games and Wagering

  1. Every game is provably fair: each round commits to its result before you can bet and reveals it afterwards. Check any result yourself on the Fair page.
  2. Once a wager is placed and confirmed, it cannot be reversed. Game results are final. The winner receives the pot, less a 0-5% site cut/fee.
  3. Jackpot is a single house pot that is always open. It settles once two or more players have joined and the 120 second countdown has ended.
  4. We reserve the right to void bets or reverse payouts in cases of technical malfunction, exploitation of bugs, or any form of cheating.

6. Prohibited Conduct

  1. Operating multiple accounts.
  2. Exploiting bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities.
  3. Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
  4. Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes.
  5. Depositing items obtained through illegal means.
  6. Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or staff in chat.
  7. Attempting to reverse or dispute completed in-game trades.
  8. Impersonating staff or other users.
  9. Sharing or selling your account.

7. Chat and Community

  1. Live chat is moderated. We reserve the right to mute, warn, or ban users who violate community guidelines including spamming, harassment, hate speech, advertising, or sharing inappropriate content.
  2. Chat messages may be deleted or retained for moderation purposes. Chat is public: anything you post can be seen by anyone.

8. Limitation of Liability

  1. crashout.casino is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: gambling losses, in-game item value fluctuations, trade delays, service interruptions, or unauthorised account access.
  2. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you have deposited in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Account Termination

  1. Accounts that have no activity for 90 consecutive days are deleted, together with any remaining items and associated records.
  2. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion for violation of these terms or any other reason.
  3. In cases of legitimate termination, you may request withdrawal of any remaining items not associated with fraudulent activity. Items tied to policy violations, abuse, or accounts owned by underage users may be forfeited.
